Been training at BJJ Gent for a bit more than a year now. Since day one I have felt more than welcome and it’s clear to day that this club highly values community and team spirit. This combined with highly experienced coaches and a wide variety of classes makes that I can only highly recommend this gym. You get three trial classes so come try it for yourself, hope to see you on the mats soon!

Zowel top op als naast de mat. Ik had een serieuze schouderblessure, de coaches zorgde ervoor dat ik de juiste stappen ondernam in verband met foto's laten nemen. Dan ook verder geholpen met afspraken bij de juiste experten om mij terug volledig op de mat te krijgen!

Felt welcomed and part of the team since day 1. I’ve been training here ever since and it’s a great journey which pushes me for more. Definitely would recommend falling in love with the sport here. Great environment to grow with its fine coaches and pleasant students!

De club is de pionier van BJJ in Gent sinds 2008! Ik ben na jaren opnieuw beginnen trainen en er heerst nog steeds de vriendelijke en familiale sfeer van weleer. De club staat zowel open voor competitievechters als voor recreanten. Mensen van alle leeftijden en met elke fysieke conditie zijn er welkom. Zowel hogere als lagere banden vinden er hun gading. Een aanrader!

As a Brazilian athlete who has trained from white to brown belt in Brazil, I confidently say that BJJ Gent has legit Brazilian level in the sport. I have trained with multiple teams giving my frequent work relocations and can testify that their training structure and teaching system top with the best teams I have trained back in Brazil. In addition, BJJ Gent has a super welcoming atmosphere. I started training again after years out of the mat, and they truly helped me get back in shape and build back confidence in my game. You will feel part of the team since day 1, no matter your current level!

Als personal trainer wou ik mijzelf verdiepen in vechtsporten. Zelden heb ik zo een goede coaching en begeleiding als die van Ben Stroobandt meegemaakt. Ik leer nog elke dag bij van hem, ik kan deze club alleen maar aanraden!
