I was really surprised by this place. Great service, very clean. Busy but not insane. I expected it to be very noisy, but it wasn't as bad as I expected. Had kids from 4 to 8 years old in party and everyone had an amazing good time. Highly recommend.

Chuck E. Cheese is a fantastic place for kids’ birthday parties! The kids have an amazing time with plenty of fun activities to keep them entertained. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are affordable. Highly recommended for a fun and stress-free celebration!

My kids had lots of fun. Unlimited credits for an hour at a reasonable price. The staff are friendly and patient. There is seating next to a big window that lets in lots of natural light. The pizza was really good and my kids mowed down on it without the usual fuss. Crust has nice light garlic taste. I ate too much pizza and I’ll do it again next time I come here.

Our kids who are 5 & 7 love it here! We live in Vancouver so it's a bit of a drive (1 hour) to go to Langley. They are on a card system so you can bring the card around to scan to play the games. Lots of games for little kids as well as bigger kids. There's a little kid area with smaller games and rides which was perfect for my 5 year old. You can do unlimited play for 2 hours and you can scan multiple games. You just need 15 seconds in between the scanning. There's lots of booth tables to put down jackets or have a seat.

We've also had a birthday party here which was great as well. They have rows and rows of tables for birthday parties and they have a coordinator to help with setup. You don't need to bring decor as there's nowhere to put it.

The use of a Fun pass had brought a lot of enjoyment to many kids in our area. Its a much better value - if you go and use it. My kids all 7 & under like the games. The discount on food is good with the pass.
After a while the novelty might wear off, have to wait and see 👀

Had a great time here for our kids joined birthday parties today. The store manager Beth greeted us and our server Caitlin was very attentive. Pizza 🍕 was real good here (considering if you compared to other indoor playgrounds’ pizzas) and it’s really hassle free! You just bring a cake a few balloons and you are all set!

The only complaint I have would be some of the games took a very long time to activate and the card took a longer time to make the game work.

Will definitely be back!

I was invited here for a birthday party with my kids, we had such a great time, the entire party was planned out by them, the games were appropriate and we all had a great time, at the end of the event we all got gifts to go.... too much fun for the kids

I had the worst experience. We were going to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and we sat in the area near the birthday tables, specifically at the tables that seat six people, as it was my four children, my wife, and I. Since there was no sign prohibiting it, we sat at those tables. Then a person named Josh came with a despotic attitude and made us move. I mentioned that there was no sign prohibiting it, and besides, I paid $200—don’t we have the right to sit at a table for six people? We weren’t even at the birthday tables. But because of Josh, we had to take two small tables, eat separately, and had the worst experience during my daughter’s birthday. In the end, the tables where he kicked us out from were never occupied, and he ruined our day. On top of that, the food was bad, and they didn’t even give us napkins, and the customer service was terrible. All thanks to that guy named Josh. We had this experience today, August 28, 2024.
