BESTE skateshop van HEEL GENT, altijd vriendelijk, eerlijk en helpen graag. Met eerlijk bedoel ik dat ze je niets gaan aansmeren, ze gaan je oprecht proberen helpen. De sfeer is er altijd geweldig, er is een aanwezigheid van een zetel waar je naar skateclips kan kijken, chillen, ... Heb nog nooit problemen gehad met deze shop en ga die ook niet krijgen. Kwalitatief gerief is er zeker en vast vindbaar, van kledij, tot accessoires, schoenen, skateboards en alles rondom een skateboard tot fingerboards, etc. Bij elke aankoop krijg je er ook nog enkele Coole stickers bij die om de zoveel tijd veranderen (is heel leuk om te 'verzamelen'. "SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL SHOP!"

Flauwe service. Cadeaubon besteld, 6.25€ voor thuislevering met bpost. gebeld om zeker te zijn dat ik deze binnen de week zou ontvangen. Was absoluut geen probleem.
Uiteindelijk 1.5 week later ontvangen via reguliere post met een zegel van 1€. Is ook een manier om wat extra euro's te verzamelen...

I bought a fingerboard kit in the online shop. Unfortunately, the bushings for the axles were missing and the board could not be assembled ready to ride. The shop responded to my first email and said that they would clarify it with the manufacturer. I asked several times over the next few weeks but received no more answers. I was completely ghosted and now have to buy new axles. Never again.
