I will not go this location again. We came as a group of 11 to celebrate a kid's birthday. We had kids with autism and they wouldn't allow us to use the access cards since it was a promotion day. This was not right. We came for the children to get a longer sensory experience. The lady was so rude about it, talking down to us like we should know better and not explaining this to us. After quite some time of jumping the place was empty, besides our group. There is only candy machines and pop machines so we ordered pizza. Assuming we can because the sign to the upper viewing says “no food or drink beyond this point” when pizza arrives the same lady was horribly rude, saying no food in the building unless its a party. She was raising her voice, puckering her lips and bobbing her hwas back and forth like she was in for a fight. We ended up eating outside in the -2 weather with little kids. One child has cold urticaria and ended up with an allergy attack. After we ate she was getting rude to kids about throwing foam cubes in the foam pit and barrying themselves. Rest of the time she sat on her phone scowling. I don't know her problem. She yelled at me “ there are signs everywhere saying no outside food or drink even on the front door!” I only saw one sign near the party room door saying this and one sign misleading saying “no food or drink beyond this point”. I have photos and videos to prove this.

Bathrooms were dirty
Dust and grime under all the benches and vending machine and greasy hand rails.

Man helping with rock climbing was very nice to the children. This is the only reason for the one star.

I like extreme air, but this location was horrible due to customer service.

For management purposes the last was a younger brown girl working on the evening of Tuesday, January 21st.

It’s our second time coming here and the experience is always fantastic! First was when we celebrated my son’s birthday during summer and it was wonderful, and second was just to treat our son into something as it is winter and not much activities outside so extreme air park is the best choice! It’s very easy to find and my son is always the happiest whenever he’s here. There are rock climbing, basketball and everything fun! Thank you extreme air park. Will definitely come back again and again!

Extreme Air Park in Langley is an awesome place to get active and have fun. With a variety of trampolines, foam pits, climbing, and obstacle courses, there’s something for everyone—kids, teens, and even adults.

The facility is well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Safety is clearly a priority, as they have strict rules of play to ensure everyone has a safe experience. For example, no double bouncing is allowed, and socks must be worn at all times. It’s great to see these rules enforced consistently.

Upon arrival, you’ll need to sign a waiver that discharges the facility from any liability in case of injuries, which is standard for places like this. It’s a reminder that while the activities are fun, they do come with some risks, so it’s important to follow the rules and stay aware of your surroundings.

Payment is straightforward, with options to pay per hour or purchase longer sessions if you’re planning to stay for a while. They also offer group rates and party packages, which is great if you’re celebrating a special occasion. Just be prepared to pay a bit more during peak hours, especially on weekends when it can get quite busy.

As for amenities, the park does have vending machines available, but the selection is pretty basic—snacks, water, and a few drinks. If you’re planning to stay for a while, I’d recommend eating before you come or bringing some snacks with you, as there isn’t a full concession stand on site.

The only downside is the crowding on weekends, which can lead to waiting for certain areas or activities. It might be worth going on a weekday if you prefer a quieter experience.

Overall, Extreme Air Park is a fun and energetic way to spend a few hours. The safety measures, variety of activities, and overall vibe make it a great spot for a fun day out. Just be sure to follow the rules, sign the waiver, and you’re good to go!

Terrible experience here. Came an hour in traffic for my autistic child to enjoy some playtime with his therapist and some other autistic children. Was rudely informed by the man at the front counter that we would not be allowed to go with the children and keep them safe unless we paid. So basically pay to be there even though the parents were not playing/jumping themselves.

Our coordinator had called and confirmed everything ahead of time as she had done in the past with no issue. However the man at the front counter would not budge. Too late at this point to cancel because the special needs kids had been looking forward to coming all week. Shameful lack of inclusion here. Very disappointing.

The park itself looks fun. The men's room was dirty. The toilet was overflowing and the garbage can was overflowing with bloody paper towels.

Would recommend to avoid this place

Your kids will love it, unless a whole bunch of other kids come by ignoring the rules, which will happen often cuz you won't see a staff member wandering around making sure kids are following the rules.

The staff are so apathetic that I swear they are forced to volunteer or something. They definitely don't care if it's your first time there, if you obey the rules or not, and I definitely didn't feel like they cared if I came back.

The kids had a good time, for the most part (as mentioned above), but as the wallet, I won't be taking them back. There's plenty of other fun things my kids can do where I won't loath giving my money to such disrespectful service.

We had a fantastic experience here for my child’s birthday party. The staff allowed us in 10 minutes early so the kids could enjoy a little extra time jumping. The facility was spotless, and had plenty of activities to keep everyone engaged. Even I spent a few $ playing pinball haha.

The cake was the best my kids have ever tasted. While we were in the party room, the manager personally stopped by to ensure everything was going smoothly, which I truly appreciated. The attention to detail and excellent service made the whole experience enjoyable. We’ll definitely be returning!

This place is so much fun! Recommend going on a weekday so it’s less busy. Good trampolines good music and cool glow and the dark lights! Highly recommended for adults too.

If zero stars was a thing this place would get it. I've been to other competitors and this was horrible. You walk in and it's not clear how this place operates. I Stood in line waiting just to help my husband with our kids. Eventually just walked into the exit as my one child need help. A good business starts with the owner I can tell a lot about the owner and manager just by walking in. The staff look like they are quite quiting or dying inside, It's probably both. The place is disgusting. It was dirty with dust and grim everywhere. The bathrooms were disgusting as well. in both the male and female bathrooms, the party room were gross and disgusting not to mention absolutely tiny. They had zero staff patroling and making sure everyone is safe. I saw so many of the "rules" being broken it wasn't even funny. It was straight up gross negligence. Young kids and parents shouldn't have to fight off teenagers from physically hurting them. Now this building is extremely hot with zero water drinking fountains or water bottle filling stations. Which is bizarre as its like a gym. Work out gyms and indoor children's playground have free water fountains to drink from but not this place. I've come to the conclusion that the owner doesn't care at all for his patrons and only cares about money as they charge 3.50 for Dasani water bottles. And it says everywhere no outside food or drink. I'm incredibly disappointed with this place especially since $100 + (family of 5 for me so $175) is not a easy thing to drop on especially now days. I was made to feel crazy for expecting higher standards for cleanliness and safety for kids the manger was absolutely rude but looking at these reviews I shouldn't have been surprised. Save your hard earned money and go to a way better facility somewhere else
