Enjoyed bringing my young toddler. It wasn't very busy for around lunch on a weekend and a birthday party going on. The slides are wicked and the daredevils will love them. Will go again next time in town. New staff in training but he was nice and it was also my first time there.

在圣诞节当天为数不多正常营业的游乐场，给力！这个价格玩一整天，也不算贵吧，即使是圣诞也没有加价。
场地很干净，座位很多。不时就会清洁桌面和地面。
工作人员很友善，排队的时候因为等得比较久，小姐姐给我致歉。我的孩子哭了，男工作人员还帮我把他引导下来。
这个商场现在还有圣诞灯饰和音乐喷泉看，孩子玩得很开心。

Such a fun indoor playground for the kids, the play place is located at the level 3 of Aberdeen mall, can get some delicious foods and drinks while visiting this playground.

Been bringing my kids here since a little while back and they absolutely love their time here. It's a great opportunity to spend some time together in between the hustle and bustle of the work week. In addition they also offer a shop option so my partner and I can get some shopping done if needed and still be able to pick them up after we am done. There are so many amenities and the playground is huge with endless fun options. They never seem to want to leave the playground when it's time to go. Not to mention the fact that adult admissions are free with with the kids admission (which are ALL DAY btw).

Contrary to some of the quite hateful reviews I see on here, my experience with the staff were actually incredibly helpful and polite. When one of my kid's toys was misplaced during their time here, the manager (I believe Vanessa) was extremely helpful and was able to help us promptly and efficiently. In general I'm quite pleased with my experiences here and will continue to return regularly with the family. Would simply like to remind everyone to treat the employees here with basic human respect and I'm sure the same will be returned.

My 4.5 year old and 2 year old had a great time here and didn’t want to leave!

We got the all day price and it seems like a good option if you’re staying there the whole day. I like how there’s in and out privileges like being able to shop and eat in the mall and then come back to playing.

Although the climbing structures did look like some spots could be repaired, it functioned the same and was able to hold my adult weight. I wish the AC was on because it was fairly warm and I was sweating keeping up with my kids.

I would definitely recommend coming here if your kids are older and wouldn’t need as much supervision. We came on a Thursday afternoon after schools have reopened for the new school year so it wasn’t that busy.

The male employee at the counter was nice and friendly and had made sure to watch for kids trying to enter and leave. The door stayed locked while we were there.

I would definitely return if I’m in Richmond again

My daughter was punched face by a boy's grandmother, i called the police, however when the police came, the store didn't have in store security camera recording and the staff just standing there and said nothing. Be careful of your kids, this playground don't have camera in store, if bad thing happened, no body can help, no recording can given, it is terrible !!!

Dirty. Of all the indoor play centres I've been to (go bananas, castle royal, 365 fundays etc..) this one is the dirtiest. I asked the front if the place gets cleaned every night, they said no it doesn't. Today is Saturday and we got here at 11am, they opened at 10am, and there were only 2 other kids here. The main play area has dirt, dust, and shoe marks all over even though it's supposed to be socks only. I noticed this when I saw my kids (1 and 3) rolling their face on the ground and seeing hair and dust stuck to their face. I am not easily disgusted as I love the outdoors and getting dirty, but this is unacceptable for an indoor space for kids and toddlers. The kids are having fun regardless. This is an indoor play area with an outdoor feel in regards to the amount of dirt and dust. The toddler area is even worse as most of the padding has ripped and you can see kids ripping out the inside foam. You are lucky when you come on a day that it has been cleaned I guess. 之前来过几次，但是这次真的很无语，定价一个小孩22.04，还大人一个必须4.2刀。以前大人不收费，知道疫情过后都不容易。经济不好，但是你可以直接4刀就好，收费收整就好，干嘛玩这种文字游戏，一个孩子一个大人26.24，给26.2吧你说还差4分钱，给26.25你又不找那一分钱。那你干嘛不直接改成26.25，孩子刚满一岁都还不会走路，只能大人抱在怀里坐着，看姐姐玩也要收22.04，只要进入陪同区域所有小孩，只要是个人都要收22.04，这简直让人无语。没见过这么缺钱的，再也不会来了。
