Great pool for toddlers. My daughter is 1.5 and loves the splash area and can walk in the beginning of the pool attached. Warm and decent size but it's very busy on weekends.

I have been many times and never asked for a phone number. Today I had to make an account - it's free and no big deal but odd after so many times it was needed.

I do not like the family change room situation. It's very hard to get one and see single individuals using them. Meanwhile my family with a stroller has to struggle to get changed. I only seem to have this issue at Grandview.

We went a couple time. Always had a good time here. The staffs always nice, really good service. The price is reasonable. A lot of lockers, washrooms and changing rooms. They always take care to keep the area clean so quite happy with this place. They're not allowed to take pics inside so no pics inside to show but you can see everything from outside when you drive pass by the place. A lot of parking spot even charging stations for electric cars

It’s been couple years i take my client to Grandview swimming pool twice a week, i have never seen rude life guard staff as much as today.. it was around 11:30am she have frizzy hair coloured blue from the back
she so mean, never respect, very impolite person and racism also she wasn’t respectful to my friend couple days ago as well

For sure i will open investigation at the city of surrey

This aquatic center has quickly become our top choice for kids. The facility is exceptionally well-designed, with bright natural light reflecting off the pool, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The air quality is great, with proper ventilation even in the hot tub area. Safety is clearly a priority, as the lifeguards are attentive and the first aid room is conveniently located next to the pool. The changing rooms offer ample privacy, and it’s rarely crowded. The indoor temperature is perfectly regulated, ensuring you don’t feel cold after leaving the water. The upbeat music adds to the overall pleasant vibe, and the staff is incredibly polite and helpful. We’re thrilled to have found this gem and will definitely be returning.

In comparison to other highly-rated centers we’ve visited, this one stands out. Others felt overcrowded, with poor air quality and disorganized changing rooms lacking privacy, which made for a much less enjoyable experience.

This aquatic centre was a nice place to visit. Though it was kinda of a pain to stay at (I had to be there from 6 am to around 6pm for a swim meet, and I had a 100m Butterfly event.) With that aside, the pool is actually really good! Would visit again happily if there was another swim meet here. But please, no more 12 hour meets (Even though it was separated as Saturday AM, and Saturday PM).

Lessons here are almost impossible to get. And the change rooms are sooo incredibly dirty, mostly from people leaving dirty diapers, used razors and other unpleasant things in the family shower stalls. Also often there are incendents that require everyone to clear one pool or another because someone has thrown up, or a child has gone #2 in the water. But I also feel like this happens at all public pools, so somewhat unavoidable. But the kids swimming teachers have been reasonable, some even excellent. And it's easily accessible, with several different pools (deep, kids, shallow, hot tub, steam room, gym, diving, etc... So we still go!

Kids pools were very warm! Hot tub for everyone was also a good hot temp! There’s also a adult hot tub in the very corner and it was a nice temp too. The water levels of the kids pools were ranging from toddler size all the way to adult size. So my kiddos get to play easily. It was overall a good experience. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was very busy but still fun!
