Magnifique zone naturelle, chemins de balades bien balisés! Une agréable promenade au cœur de la nature avec un parking accessible pour déposer la voiture au départ. Le chemin passe par des zones pâturées par des vaches, très calmes qui rajoutent un cachet au paysage.

Prachtige natuur, ideaal voor wandeling. Wij parkeerde aan het bezoekerscentrum in Tussenstraat 10. Daar vind je ook een plan met verschillende routes. Wij volgde de paarse. Kwamen langs vogelhut en uitkijktoren. Ook een houten loopbrug tussen de natuur. Was echt prachtig. Wij hebben er van genoten. De uitgestrekte vlakte van het plateau is ideaal. Zeker goed te doen voor iedereen, grote en kleine wandelingen mogelijk. Je kan ook kleuren combineren.

An excellent nature reserve. This vast area crosses the Belgian - Dutch border. It is a typical moorland including some water areas and typical vegetation and wildlife. It guarantees beautiful views over the moors and wetter marshlands. We spotted several wild cows calmly grazing and wandering about. There are several (easy) trails to follow, including wooden ramps over water and swamps, with some information points and a shack to observe the water birds. There is an information centre where you can park. Better head deep into the park to avoid the noise of the highway nearby.

Beautiful place to go for a walk along the Belgian Dutch border. There are two bird hides which offer a nice lookout towards the open areas.
