Hier hangt een heel amicaal sfeertje waar tegelijk iedereen op zijn eigen niveau wordt uitgedaagd om het beste van zichzelf te geven. Top-lesgevers, trekt telkens interessante mensen aan, is meer dan boeiende sport only.

Fantastische club
Ik ben zelf ongeveer 5 jaar geleden begonnen met capoeira.
Wat mij het meeste is bijgebleven van mijn eerste les is de geweldige groepssfeer die er was.
Iets wat in al die jaren nog niet veranderd is
Los van de goeie sfeer zijn de trainers super gemotiveerd en bereiden week op week een uitdagende training voor.
Trainingen die iedereen kan uitvoeren op zijn eigen niveau.
Wat er ook voor zorgt dat iedereen mee kan doen.
Capoeira zelf is ook zoveel meer dan enkel een gevechtsport.
Er komen veel andere dingen bij kijken zoals muziek en geschiedenis.

- Capoeira workshop is een echte aanrader! -
Met het gezelschap van een 15-tal personen waarmee we een aantal maanden geleden naar Brazilië reisden, volgden we een workshop bij Palitão en Alvin om het Braziliaanse gevoel opnieuw te beleven. Tijdens de workshop kwamen zowel de aspecten van de vechtsport, de dans, als de muziek aan bod dus voor elk wat wils. Daarnaast ook gewoonweg super wat betreft organisatie, prijs-kwaliteit en sfeer!

Very nice class and group! The instructor is very attentive and patient with beginners. Capoeira is a fun and complete exercise that combines fighting skills with dance and music. Experienced people in the group are warm and welcoming. Recommended!

Very open towards newcomers who don't know anything about capoeira yet, everybody in the club is friendly and ready to help or give pointers when you're struggling with something. The trainers provide excellent lessons and support. Every training I walk away with the feeling that I learned something, had a good workout and above all that I had fun.

I had the pleasure to join the group for 5 months and I loved it ever since the first day of training! Everyone was extremely kind, the mestres were prepared, attentive and competent. The atmosphere was always joyful and relaxed, the effort proportionate and satisfactory. Not only I was introduced to capoeira as a physical activity but also to its history, to the music and the songs that accompany it, which is one of the most wonderful things about this discipline. I am going to miss these people so much!

Amazing enviroment!
I started from total zero experience and knowledge about the sport but the trainers (and the other trainees) took time and effort to explain it to me and to the other beginners.
Good mix of fun and sweat, and thrilling energy to the rythm of the music. Love it!

I joined the group for 5 months while studying in Leuven and since the beginning I felt very welcome and I loved the trainings, especially when in the abbey park, the nice atmosphere and the completeness of the lessons. I think I learned a lot while enjoying all the lessons, ending with fantastic rodas, always smiling. The mestres are really open and kind as well as all the members! Thank you again for the time together!!
