They are friendly and fun. You get your money's worth during the game. They are forgiving with changing bookings, and all have a positive attitude. I bring my kids, 4 and 7 and we love this place. Its seriously the best escape style place we've ever been to. Thank you!!!!

Went with a group of 3 others and had a blast doing the new Bermuda escape room. Puzzles are always challenging but enjoyable and always unlock/work as intended. Staff were friendly, helpful and passionate. Definitely recommend for groups of 2-5!

We had a great time as a family trying to solve the puzzles and claim our inheritance. The staff were amazing, the room was great and the clues were well thought out. I would recommend Trapped for your next night out.

Tried the cursed expedition room with a group of friends and I was surprised with how many rooms were part of the escape room. I wish we had more time for the room as we thought we were halfway but we weren’t even close to finishing it. Decorations were nice in the room, it would be great if they had more signage created for the photo station.

So.. I recently visited Trapped for my first-ever escape room experience, and it was such an interesting and fun adventure! The game concept was creative and engaging, and the setup made it feel like we were part of a real story. The room we chose had excellent props, well-integrated videos, and details that truly enhanced the experience. I believe they have several themed rooms so make sure to look into that before booking.

One thing I learned is that patience is key—having friends who can work together calmly and figure things out is definitely a plus! The facility itself was very clean, and the staff seemed professional and helpful.

The only downside was the pricing—it felt a bit steep for the short amount of time. Then again, since this was my first escape room, I’m not sure how the pricing compares to others. (2 people around $64 I think it was) Also, it is not easy to do a ‘walk in’ request.. especially on weekends I think. We booked several days before hand 😅 but maybe it’s not like that all the time?

Overall, Trapped is a great spot for a unique and exciting group activity. If you’re looking for a well-crafted challenge and enjoy solving puzzles, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!

This place was AMAZING!!! The staff were super sweet and helped answer any questions we had while in the room or about the room. The room was very well made and planned out and involved a lot of creative thinking. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to try out their first escape room.

Brought my daughter and friends here for her 11th birthday party. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Communication via email was super quick and thorough. Staff were very accommodating, kind, and professional. The game itself was great; Interesting concept with great props and puzzles to solve that were challenging but not overly so. We did the Medieval Prison and were able to solve it with seconds to spare! We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great and memorable evening!!
